ESTEEM STAR ENGINEERING believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day as placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
ESTEEM STAR ENGINEERING does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not up to standard.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective products. If the product is defective, please contact our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the item. We will process the return once the issue has been confirmed by the merchant.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our Customer Service team for further instructions.
Return Method
Returns should be sent by mail or courier at the customer’s expense.
Return Label
The return label is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately. The request will only be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue on their end. Reports should be made within the same day of receiving the product.
Incorrect or Disappointing Product
If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, we will take an appropriate course of action.
Warranty Claims
For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with returns, replacements, or repairs.
Refund Processing
In the case of any approved refunds, it will take approximately 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Currency
This policy is applicable to transactions in INR.
Restocking Fee
There will be no restocking fee for returns.
